Information about financial support and independence
All IAS Courses content is provided free of charge globally. We do not require fees, subscriptions, or institutional affiliations for access. This commitment reflects our mission to support capacity building in HIV care regardless of learners' geographic location or institutional resources.
IAS Courses operational costs are supported through institutional resources of the International AIDS Society and philanthropic grants dedicated to HIV education and capacity building. Funding sources are evaluated for potential influence on content independence.
IAS Courses does not accept funding from pharmaceutical companies, device manufacturers, or other commercial entities for content development. This policy ensures that educational content remains free from commercial influence and bias.
IAS Courses operates as a non-commercial educational initiative. We do not engage in product promotion, advertising, or endorsement of commercial entities. Content presents evidence without favoring specific products or manufacturers.
Funding arrangements do not grant funders influence over editorial decisions or content. Educational priorities and content development are determined by evidence, learner needs, and public health priorities rather than funder preferences.
We maintain transparency regarding financial arrangements and potential conflicts of interest. Questions about funding or financial relationships may be directed to [email protected].
